Epic Cash Suit Against Zango and Adult Friend Finder Gets Underway
Hot on the heels of its victory in Federal court in Seattle, Washington, Epic Cash’s battle against Zango and Adult Friend Finder has shifted to the Bay Area. Zango had attempted to keep the litigation in its hometown, but the District Court saw through the tactic and dismissed the transparent forum-shopping attempt.
Adult Friend finder has now filed a demurrer in Santa Clara Superior Court, challenging the legal sufficiency Epic Cash’s lawsuit. Epic Cash’s attorney, Gary Jay Kaufman, Lead Trial Counsel at The Kaufman Law Group had this to say: “Clearly Zango and AFF are pulling out all the stops to prevent what we feel will be a large damage award in Epic Cash’s favor.”
